The Beginning is drawing near...

Today I realized that I'm leaving for Italy in 40 days 32 hours 21 min and 40 seconds. Um...holy moley...how in the world am I going to do this.

See, this semester I have been working in the Virginia Ball Center for Inquiry and Immersive Learning. Even the name is intense. Overall this has been my favorite semester...working with people who I would normally never meet has been one heck of a ride. Now it's crunch time and I have pushed my bed time to 3 am.

This is what has been occupying my time for the past 4 months and now Italy is upon me. I haven't been listening to my "Learn Italian in 5 days" tapes, nor have I been reviewing my MOUNDS of paper work (lovingly given by the AHA home office). I feel like I'm so behind in my planning, yet...it's still a month away...I have some time...right?

This is how it will work...

Hey everyone. I know that it's a bit early, but this is how you will be able to check up on me while I'm in Italy. I was thinking that I will be able to post my travels and excursions while in Italy along with pictures and much more. Please comment if you feel like it, but I might not be able to get back with you until I return home to your smiling faces.
